Shipping policy

Orders that have been shipped are generally delivered within 1–4 business days, depending on your location.

In the event of any issue caused by us, you will be informed using your membership contact details. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate.

All products will be delivered to you by our contracted shipping company.

It is recommended that you check the package upon delivery.
If the package is damaged or opened, you must request a damage report from the shipping officer before accepting the delivery.

We cannot accept responsibility for damaged shipments without an official damage report.

If the shipment is not accepted by the recipient and is returned to us, the reshipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
