Refund policy

The return period for purchased products is 14 days from the date of delivery. Returned products must be unused, with their tags intact, packaging undamaged, and in the same condition as received. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Products received by us will be inspected. Following the inspection, returns that meet the return conditions will be approved. Products that do not comply with the stated conditions will be sent back to the buyer. Returns cannot be approved if there are signs of use (such as deformation, stains, odor, pilling, etc.) or any damage caused by the customer.

All products are subject to quality control during production and packaging and are documented before shipment. Therefore, return requests cannot be accepted if any signs of use, fitting, or customer-caused deformation are detected.
