Distance Sales Agreement
Article 1: Parties

1.2. Buyer:
The Buyer is the person who places an order through the website www.dennice.com.tr. The name, address, and contact information provided during the order process shall be taken as the basis.
Article 2: Subject
2.1. The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller’s website www.dennice.com.tr.
Article 3: Preliminary Information
3.1. The Buyer accepts and declares that, before confirming the order, they have read and been informed about the essential characteristics of the product, the sales price, payment method, delivery conditions, and the right of withdrawal, and that they have provided the necessary approval electronically.
Article 4: Product and Payment Information
4.1. The type, model, color, quantity, sales price, and payment method of the product are as specified during the order process.
4.2. By confirming the order, the Buyer agrees to pay the product price and any applicable shipping fees.
Article 5: Delivery
5.1. Orders shall be handed over to the shipping carrier within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
5.2. Delivery shall be made to the address specified by the Buyer during the order process.
5.3. The Seller shall not be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Article 6: Right of Withdrawal
6.1. The Buyer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller via email within this period.
6.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, with its tags intact, and in resalable condition.
6.4. The return shipping cost shall be borne by the Buyer, except in cases of defective or faulty products.
Article 7: Products Not Eligible for Withdrawal
7.1. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:
• Products specially produced for the Buyer
• Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons
• Products that have been used, washed, or damaged
Article 8: Return and Refund
8.1. After the return is approved, the product price shall be refunded to the Buyer within 10 business days using the original payment method.
8.2. The Seller shall not be responsible for delays caused by banking processes.
Article 9: Force Majeure
9.1. The Seller shall not be held responsible for delays caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, war, logistical disruptions, or similar circumstances.
Article 10: Dispute Resolution
10.1. In disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye.
Article 11: Effectiveness
11.1. By confirming the order, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
